The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wakeling checks a leg kick nicely.
Cro leaves Wakeling with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Wakeling uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Cro.
Wakeling misses with a jab, cross combination.
Wakeling closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Cro's guard.
Cro wants to sweep here but Wakeling controlling him for the moment.
Cro wants to stand but Wakeling is controlling the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Wakeling seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Cro gets tackled into the cage by Wakeling. Wakeling maintains the clinch.
Wakeling pushes off and fires off an elbow that misses, before clinching up again, against the cage.
Cro wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Wakeling has him pressed against the cage.
Wakeling tries to pull guard but Cro won't allow it.
Cro has had enough of the clinch but Wakeling keeps him there for the moment.
Wakeling prevents Cro from breaking the clinch.
Cro wants to get back to striking at distance but Wakeling won't allow it.

Wakeling tightens his grip and picks Cro up, before dumping him to the ground. Cro manages to land in guard.

Cro pushes Wakeling off looking to stand but Wakeling dives back in and keeps control.

It looks like Mir Cro has been cut.
Cro gets caught napping as Wakeling dives in and scores a takedown. Cro manages to retain guard.
Cro wants to control but instead he gets his guard passed and Wakeling is now in half guard.
Cro is thowing punches from the bottom. Wakeling grabs hold of a loose arm and pivots for an armbar! It's tight and Cro has to tap! Superb work there from Wakeling!
