Nelson comes into a darkened arena with his song building. One kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
18 - 28 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Kato Aspenia! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
16 - 24 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Skyler Nelson! The judges for this bout are Roosa Järviläinen, Arvi Lind and Tarja Halkonen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Aspenia lands a jab. Aspenia forces Nelson back against the cage and clinches. Aspenia breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Aspenia shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Nelson is trying to defend but Aspenia finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Aspenia working some ground and pound from close in. He's looking to maintain this position and strike for a while by the looks of things... although he'll probably advance to full mount in a minute now I've said that. Aspenia missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Nelson looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Nelson is looking to improve his position.

That's one minute gone in the round. Aspenia tries to stand and escape but Nelson is controlling the position. Aspenia stands up from half guard. Aspenia closes the distance and after a bit of a stuggle, scores a takedown into Nelson's guard. Nelson working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Aspenia doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Oh but Nelson is tightening it up a little... Aspenia has to be careful here... He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Aspenia reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Aspenia taps out! Nice BJJ there by Nelson!
