Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Brian OTool (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Sinan Yak (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Yak has chosen Silahsiz Kuvvet - Sözlerim Silahim as his entrance music. Sinan Yak told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
9 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Brian OTool!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
10 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Sinan Yak!
The judges for this bout are Eddie Farnsworth, Lou da Vinci and John Kavanagh.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yak looks for a takedown but OTool sprawls well.
Jab by OTool.
Yak dodges the punch combination from OTool.
Yak avoids a punch combination nicely.
Yak gets a double leg takedown into OTool's guard.
OTool on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if OTool tries to get out of the position.
OTool is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Yak is controlling him.
Yak landing with the ground and pound.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Yak scores with a decent looking elbow strike.
Yak has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.
Yak wants to control from the top but OTool keeps moving.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
OTool avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.

OTool keeping moving, preventing Yak from controlling successfully.
OTool wants to stand and escape but Yak is having none of it.
Yak trying to control the position from guard on top but OTool is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Yak prevents OTool from getting back to his feet.
OTool preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Yak drops back looking for a leg! OTool is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and OTool manages to kick Yak off! Yak jumps back into OTool's guard.
OTool wants to stand and escape but Yak is having none of it.
OTool knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Yak on the ground.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
Yak is in close to OTool's body, working some short punches and elbows.
Yak in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
OTool is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Yak is controlling him.
Yak is working OTool over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes.
Yak content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
Yak is looking to work some ground and pound but OTool has wrist control.
Yak is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact.
OTool has momentary wrist control but Yak slips an elbow through the middle.
OTool is rocked!
Yak postures up from his opponent's guard, before exploding into some vicious ground and pound! OTool covers up, he's hurt! Yak keeps throwing the strikes, glancing at the referee... Will he stop it?? One more big shot from Yak and the ref steps in to end the fight! Yak can't hide his delight as he celebrates with his corner.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Sinan Yak!
During a confident post fight interview, Sinan Yak thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
