Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jake Tyler (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bruno Heyman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jake Tyler! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Bruno Heyman! The judges for this bout are Jorge Garcia, Lou da Vinci and David Schapiro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Heyman throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Tyler's waist but Tyler gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Heyman off to one side. Heyman tries for a takedown but Tyler circles away easily and Tyler counters into the clinch. Nicely done. Tyler escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Heyman throws a sloppy head kick and Tyler moves out of range easily. Heyman shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Heyman was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! Tyler is looking for a sweep. Who's going to make the next move? Tyler is not content to let Heyman control the position. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Tyler is looking to reverse the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Heyman trying to control the action but Tyler is working from the bottom. Heyman wants to stand but Tyler is controlling his arm. Tyler wants to control but Heyman postures up. Heyman in side control, throwing shots but Tyler defends. Tyler gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard. Tyler is trying to stand.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Tyler fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Heyman to the ground. Tyler is now in Heyman's guard. Tyler trying to stand up but can't free himself from Heyman's guard. Tyler looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Heyman striking off his back but it's not causing Tyler any problems. Heyman wants to stand but Tyler is controlling the position. Tyler showing good wrestling skills to control the position. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Tyler pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Heyman is keeping the position for now. Tyler's corner is telling him to maintain position. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Tyler tries to stand but Heyman is controlling from the bottom.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Heyman fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Jake Tyler has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bruno Heyman. Tyler throws a hook but Heyman blocks it. Heyman throws a body kick that misses.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Heyman gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Tyler holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. Tyler tries a knee to the head but he's missed.
Tyler really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Tyler lands a shoulder strike. Tyler breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Tyler will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Tyler shoots for a double leg takedown but Heyman sprawls well. He's pushed Tyler's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Heyman tries to score a power double leg takedown but Tyler sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Heyman somewhat. Heyman fails with an attempt to clinch.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Tyler shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jake Tyler dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.
Tyler shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Heyman manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Tyler wants to control from the top but Heyman keeps moving. Heyman is active off his back here, looking for submissions.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Heyman shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Tyler pinned against the cage. Tyler gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Heyman shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Tyler as he avoids it easily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Nice takedown defense from Tyler. No joy for Heyman on that attempt. Jake Tyler has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Bruno Heyman. Tyler dives in and scores a takedown into Heyman's guard. Heyman is breathing heavily. Tyler connects with a couple of short punches. Tyler wants to stand and escape but instead Heyman has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard. Tyler working a defensive guard here.
Heyman stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Tyler swivels though and keeps the full guard. Tyler wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. Tyler on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Tyler tries to get out of the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Tyler is trying to control the position but Heyman postures up. Tyler is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Heyman can do to turn this around? Heyman looking to sit in guard and control but Tyler gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Tyler trying to stand up but can't free himself from Heyman's guard. Tyler slips nicely into half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Tyler is taking a breather. Heyman says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something. Heyman blocking the ground and pound attempt from Tyler. Tyler wants to take a breather but Heyman is having none of it. Nice strikes from Tyler there. Tyler is keen to just control but Heyman is a slippery customer. Tyler is controlling the pace.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Tyler seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Heyman does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Heyman looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Heyman shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Tyler sprawls well. Tyler wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Heyman gets slowly back to his feet. Heyman moves into the clinch. Tyler tries to pull guard but Heyman won't allow it.

Jake Tyler is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Tyler rushes Heyman and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Tyler tries to pull guard but Heyman holds him up against the cage and eventually Tyler drops back down to his feet.

That's one minute gone in the round. Heyman tries to clinch up and Tyler decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Heyman's guard. Tyler throws an elbow that misses. Heyman uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Tyler's guard. Nice move by Heyman!
Heyman must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Tyler seems keen to control Heyman's posture. Heyman trying to move into half guard but instead Tyler has managed to sweep!
Heyman is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. Tyler is aware though and is defending well. Tyler passes Heyman's right leg, so he's now in half guard. Heyman takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Heyman trying to control from the bottom.

Jake Tyler overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Tyler looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding. Tyler thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Tyler content to control rather than advance.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Tyler closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Tyler working the head and body with strikes. A lull in the action here. Tyler tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily. Tyler wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Heyman, who protects the arm well. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Tyler just content to control the position.
And that's the end of the fight! Jake Tyler showed his dominance in that final round. Well Tyler has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
