Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Viet Nam (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Riick Pablo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Viet Nam! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Riick Pablo! The judges for this bout are Alyssa Summers, Bruno Lombardi and Chad Campbell.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Pablo lands a big shot that drops Nam! Can he finish him?
Nam is rocked! The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Pablo stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Nam swivels though and keeps the full guard. Oh Nam is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Pablo sitting in guard here, content to control. Pablo has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Nam is proving hard to escape from. Nam looking to control.
Pablo got a little sloppy there for a moment and Nam has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, Pablo has managed to get both his arms back between Nam's legs - danger averted. Pablo preventing the sweep. Pablo is looking to stand up but Nam won't let him. Nam has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Pablo can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Nam keeping full guard, as Pablo tries to pass. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Pablo tries to stand but Nam is controlling from the bottom. Nam seems to have got his legs back now. Nam is trying to control the position but Pablo postures up. Nam tries to land a sweep but no joy. Pablo would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Nam not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Nam has Pablo pulled in close to control his posture. The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up. Nam is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Nam wants to control but Pablo is keeping him busy. Nam missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Nam takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Pablo throws a left that rocks Nam and follows with a right that sends him tumbling to the canvas! Pablo dives into side control, looking to finish! Can Nam regain composure!
Nam gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard. Nam regains full guard. Nicely done. Nam lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard. Nam trying to control but Pablo is working from the bottom. Pablo looks winded! Nam's corner is telling him to maintain position. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Pablo can do anything to dispel that myth.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Nam wants to control from the top but Pablo keeps moving. Nam looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Nam has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. The referee is pacing around the two fighters - he looks like he's thinking about a standup.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity. The fighters are starting to get sweaty, which will make takedowns a bit more tricky. Nam keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Pablo. Pablo keeps the fight on the outside. Nam really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Nam fails with a takedown attempt. Pablo tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Nam swivels and escapes. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Riick Pablo dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Pablo slaps away a takedown attempt from Nam, before circling back to the center of the mat. Oh, that's a big right hand from Pablo and Nam goes tumbling to the canvas! Pablo follows him to the ground and looks to finish from half guard. The fighters are battling for position here. Nam manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Nam is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Pablo really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Nam. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Nam wants to control but instead he gets his guard passed and Pablo is now in half guard. The fighters are battling for position here. Nam manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Nam pushes Pablo off and scrambles back to his feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Nam tries to grapple but his opponent circles and Pablo cracks him with a counter punch right on the button. Riick Pablo seems to be getting the better of the standup. Nam fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Some wild striking there from Pablo.
Pablo is breathing heavily. Sloppy strikes from Pablo. Those never looked like landing. Nam moves into the clinch. Nam tries for a takedown. No joy.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Viet Nam. That's going to take a lot out of him. Nam breaks from the clinch.
Nam misses with a jab, cross combination.
Pablo stuffs the takedown. Nam changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Pablo tries to avoid it but Nam manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Pablo to the ground. Pablo escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Nam slips a jab from Pablo.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Pablo throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Nam counters with a low kick, right behind Pablo 's knee. Pablo slaps away a takedown attempt from Nam, before circling back to the center of the mat. Pablo scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Nam throws a nice looking combination but Pablo bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Nam fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt. Pablo lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Nam staying out of range there. Nam looks to land a right hand but Pablo moved out of range. Pablo is trying hard to land a takedown here. Nam sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Pablo throws a shot from downtown. Nam moves away and avoids it. Nam shoots for a double leg takedown but Pablo sprawls well. He's pushed Nam's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily. Pablo throws a series of punches but Nam moves out of range.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Nam shoots in looking for a takedown but Pablo manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Nam's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away. Pablo scores with the left hand. Nam knows he should have avoided that one. Nam looks for a takedown but Pablo sprawls well. Pablo has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Nam keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Pablo throws a right hand that Nam ducks under and follows up with a left that Nam also avoids with ease. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Nam. Nam misses with a takedown attempt - Pablo sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Pablo shoots in but Nam avoids the takedown attempt easily. Pablo avoids a punch combination nicely.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Horrible takedown attempt by Nam or perhaps it was just good defense by Pablo, which made it look bad. Nam blocks a low kick nicely. Nam shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Pablo as he avoids it easily. Pablo fails with a takedown attempt from distance. Pablo tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Nam was well out of range. Poor timing from Pablo. Nam dodges the punch combination from Pablo.
Pablo slips a jab and a cross from Nam.
Pablo throws a nice looking combination but Nam bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Pablo misses with an uppercut. Nam saw that one coming. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Pablo lands a slapping body shot.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Riick Pablo showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! This is the final round!
Nam tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Pablo defends well and Nam ends up having to push Pablo into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Nam is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath. Nam fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Pablo is trying to pull guard but Nam turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch. Nam drops down for a takedown but doesn't get it.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Viet Nam. That's going to take a lot out of him. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Pablo is trying to break the clinch but Nam has him pressed against the cage.

Pablo plants his feet and throws a brutal three punch combo that sends Nam swiftly into unconsciousness! Right, left, right! Boom, boom, boom! Nam face plants, battered and bloodied! He might never be the same again after that finish!
