Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Joe Biggs (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Santiago Da Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Biggs comes to the cage accompanied by Outerspace- Hail Mary. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
14 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Joe Biggs! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
30 - 22 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Santiago Da Silva! The judges for this bout are , Jack Bonds and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Biggs takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Biggs lands a right hook to the body.
Da Silva shoots in and gets a takedown into Biggs's guard. Biggs looking for a guillotine here but Da Silva defends easily.
Da Silva in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time. Da Silva trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Da Silva loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Da Silva is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Biggs avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Da Silva postures up.

That's one minute gone in the round. Da Silva trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Biggs had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Da Silva defends it easily. Da Silva throws an elbow that misses. Biggs uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Da Silva's guard. Nice move by Biggs! Da Silva looking for a sweep. Not yet Da Silva, not yet. Biggs is in close to Da Silva's body, working some short punches and elbows. Biggs trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Da Silva is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Da Silva has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Biggs can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Da Silva keeping moving, preventing Biggs from controlling successfully.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Biggs won't allow Da Silva to sweep him here. Biggs tries to free his leg and advance position but Da Silva is retaining full guard. Da Silva utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Biggs slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Da Silva keeping moving, preventing Biggs from controlling successfully. We've had a lack of effective grappling in the last minute or so, which could well see a referee standup. Da Silva utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Da Silva is trying to control the position from the bottom.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Da Silva misses with the body kick and Biggs counters with a straight right hand.
It looks like Santiago Da Silva has been cut. Biggs looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Da Silva takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Da Silva takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Biggs looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Biggs chips away with some ground and pound. Da Silva has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Biggs can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Biggs postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. Biggs with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Da Silva looking for subs off his back but Biggs has passed one foot through into half guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Biggs seems to be looking for submissions.
Biggs wants to control but Da Silva is keeping him busy. Da Silva is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Biggs's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Biggs's back! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Biggs avoids the strikes from Da Silva. Biggs covering up well and avoiding damage. Da Silva missing with strikes. Da Silva is trying to stick to Biggs's back but Biggs is turning into Da Silva. He's managed to reverse the position - now he's in Da Silva's guard. Polite applause from the crowd in appreciation of some nice Jiu Jitsu by Biggs. Da Silva is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Biggs rolls with it to try and escape but Da Silva cranks on the arm and Biggs is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
