Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Kalle Koljonen! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Ali Reem! The judges for this bout are Phil Schofield, Colin Fotheringham and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Reem throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Koljonen sees it coming and avoids it easily. Reem throws a head kick that Koljonen semi-blocks.
Reem wants to land a leg kick but Koljonen is out of range. Reem misses with a low kick. Koljonen ducks under a wild hook from Reem. Reem misses the jab. Reem throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Koljonen dives in and grabs Reem's left leg, looking for a takedown. Reem pushes down on Koljonen's head and hops out. Koljonen slips under a jab from Reem. Reem misses with a left hand and Koljonen counters with a nice double leg into side control. Reem won't be happy with that. Koljonen tries to cartwheel into mount but he doesn't manage it. Koljonen tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Reem prevents Koljonen from moving into mount.

Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Reem really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Koljonen. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Koljonen is trying to get an arm triangle but Reem is defending well. Reem is pushing Koljonen's head away, looking to escape. Koljonen manages to hold on to the position though. That's two minutes gone in the round. Koljonen has hold of Reem's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Reem seems comfortable defending it but Koljonen has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Reem is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Reem is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Koljonen couldn't care less - he's delighted!
