The judges for this bout are Richard Clark, James Atkins and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
James catches Davison with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
James looks to land a combination. Davison sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots.
Davison takes one on the button.
Davison takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
James scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
A big left from Davison misses.
Davison takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Thud! ouch! good body kick from James - that will leave a mark!
James closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Davison did well to prevent James getting side control.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
James is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount!

James postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Davison in real trouble here! The ref calls for Davison to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Kevin James!
After winning the bout, Kevin James thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
