Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Lexi Belle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jimmy Karl (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
7 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Lexi Belle!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

6 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jimmy Karl!
The judges for this bout are Cecil Peabody, Stewart Dunkirk and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Belle shoots in for a takedown but Karl shows good takedown defense.
Belle looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Karl is fending him off so far but Belle persists. Nope, Karl circles away and we're back to standing.
Karl keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Lexi Belle. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Belle shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Karl pinned against the cage. Karl gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
Belle tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

Belle has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Belle is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen.
Belle is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Karl defends it well.
Karl has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Belle is working away from the top position though.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

Belle is looking to work some ground and pound but Karl has wrist control.
Karl looking to hit a scissor sweep but Belle is one step ahead there.
Karl is trying to control the position but Belle postures up.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
No luck for Belle with that takedown attempt.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Karl stuffs the takedown attempt from Belle. Belle gets slowly back to his feet.
Belle ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face.

Belle shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Karl sprawls well. Karl wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Belle gets slowly back to his feet.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Belle postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Karl is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Belle, into his guard.
Karl must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
Belle is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Belle working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Karl doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Karl manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Karl is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Belle lands a couple of decent looking shots.
Karl has his hands on Belle's head, controlling the position.
Belle drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Karl manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Belle has Karl in his guard.
Belle has his feet on Karl's thighs here. He's pushed Karl off and worked for a very quick armbar from the bottom! He's flipped onto his stomach and he's cranking hard on the arm! Karl screams in pain and taps out! This one is all over!
