Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Bradley Rice (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Billy Wayne (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wayne has chosen Whatever as his entrance music. Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Bradley Rice! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Billy Wayne! The judges for this bout are Donald Grub, Chris Edwards and William Gold.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rice wants to clinch up but Wayne keeps it at a distance. Wayne blocks a head kick by Rice.
Rice misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Wayne closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Rice quickly recovers to half guard. Wayne prevents Rice from standing back up.
Wayne is looking to advance position but Rice won't allow it. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Rice misses with some strikes from the bottom.
Rice is staying active underneath Wayne, who seems content to just control the action from this position. Rice has hold of Wayne's hands but Wayne slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
That's one minute gone in the round. Wayne is trying to work for a kimura but Rice is defending well.

The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Rice is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Wayne pulls his head out easily.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Rice is staying active underneath Wayne, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
The referee has decided to stand the fighters back up, so we'll restart on the feet. Wayne shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Rice manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Wayne wants to control from the top but Rice keeps moving. Rice working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Wayne. Wayne trying to control the position from guard on top but Rice is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Wayne throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Rice works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Wayne lands a couple of elbows.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Rice utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Wayne is looking to work some ground and pound but Rice has wrist control. The referee claps his hands together and tells the fighters to work. Rice trying to control the position.
The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity. Rice ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Wayne moves away. Rice pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Rice goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. Rice plants his feet and lands a nice head kick! Rice looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A momentary lapse in concentration from Rice enables Wayne to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Rice manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.
Rice is rocked! Wayne looks winded! Wayne is in close to Rice's body, working some short punches and elbows. Oh Rice is still in real trouble! Will he be able to recover?!! Wayne pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Rice is keeping the position for now. Wayne working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Rice is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Wayne is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Wayne trying to control the position from guard on top but Rice is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Rice looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Rice keeping moving, preventing Wayne from controlling successfully. Wayne has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan. Wayne drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Rice dives on top into guard. Rice is looking to stand up but Wayne won't let him. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Billy Wayne dominated that round. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

Rice seems to have got his legs back now. Bradley Rice is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Wayne avoids the clinch attempt nicely.

That's one minute gone in the round. Rice bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Wayne's guard. Rice is looking to stand up but Wayne won't let him. Wayne utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Rice with a flurry of punches that miss. Rice prevents Wayne from getting back to his feet. Rice postures up.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Rice stops Wayne from standing up. Rice has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Wayne is proving hard to escape from. Rice really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Wayne is breathing heavily. Rice wants to stand and escape but instead Wayne has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.
Rice escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Wayne gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Rice pulls Wayne in close to prevent any damage. Rice will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Rice utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Wayne is working the ground and pound from guard. He might want to try advancing position though to get more of an impact. Wayne is looking to pass into half guard but Rice pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Rice is in guard. Rice is looking to stand up but Wayne won't let him. Wayne looking to sweep here. No luck so far. Wayne is trying to control the position from the bottom.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Wayne scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice. Rice misses with an elbow from the bottom. Rice is trying to control Wayne's posture but Wayne avoids it. Rice wants to get back to his feet. You can see the frustration on Rice's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Wayne creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Rice sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Bradley Rice will probably get the nod. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!
Nice takedown defense from Wayne. No joy for Rice on that attempt. Rice lands a right hook to the body.

Wayne swats away the attempt to clinch by Rice. Wayne takes a kick to the side of the head. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Wayne closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Wayne sitting in half guard, looking to land shots. Rice defending well though.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rice is not content to let Wayne control the position. Wayne throwing shots but they're hitting the canvas more than the man. Wayne throwing shots but Rice is blocking nicely. Wayne not throwing his punches with enough precision this time. Rice trying to control here.

Both fighters are breathing heavily. Rice striking from the bottom.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Rice is looking to clinch. Wayne shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Rice pulls Wayne in close to prevent any damage. Wayne throwing strikes from guard but Rice blocks nicely. Rice lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard. Wayne not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Rice wants to stand but Wayne is controlling his posture from full guard. Rice in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Rice wanted to stand there but Wayne had control of the position. Rice trying desperately to get back to his feet here but he's not having any joy at all. He's going to tire himself out if he's not careful.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Rice rushes Wayne and presses him up against the cage. Wayne is trying to trip Rice. He has hold of a leg but Rice is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. Wayne persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Rice is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Rice pulls Wayne in to control the position. Wayne drops back, looking for a kneebar! Rice looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Rice looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Rice! Rice wants to stand but Wayne is controlling his arm. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Rice tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Rice looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything.
And that's the end of the fight! I would just about give that final round to Billy Wayne. I think Wayne has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
