Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Carl Cade (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Vinnie Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rumors backstage are that the fighters have been paid to keep it standing but we know that would never happen in MMA!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Stewart Dunkirk, Cecil Peabody and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Cade throws a front kick aimed at Jones's knee but Jones avoids it well.
A head kick misses from Cade.
Cade throws a right hand that Jones ducks under and follows up with a left that Jones also avoids with ease.
Jones avoids the body shot from Cade.
Cade definitely looks more muscular than last time we saw him fight.
Jones throws a lazy uppercut
and Cade makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Jones really felt that one!
Cade throws a low kick but it's checked well by Jones.
Jones just misses with a punch to the body.
Carl Cade seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Cade keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Jones breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Jones misses with a hook. Cade ducked under it nicely.

Jones tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
Cade throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Cade lands with a slapping head kick.
Jones looks to land a right hand but Cade moved out of range.
Cade was looking to counter that last move with a shot to the body but he didn't commit.
Cade slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Cade uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Jones.
Cade swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Jones avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Jones misses the shot to the body.
Jones just manages to avoid a counter high kick fromCade.
Jones tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Cade defends well and Jones ends up having to push Cade into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Cade throws a head kick that misses.
Jones takes a swing at Cade's ribcage but misses.
Donk. Cade catches Jones right on the button with a cross.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

and Jones counters with a shoot takedown. Cade fights it but they end up in guard.

Jones throws a strike but Cade rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Cade wants to stand but Jones is controlling his posture from full guard.

Jones pulls Cade in to control the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Cade wants to stand but Jones has a closed guard, so he can't escape.
Cade gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent.
Jones misses with a looping right.
Jones misses with a body shot.
Jones takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.
Jones misses with a wild body shot.
Jones is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Cade rather than just go for the knockout.

and Cade counters with a crisp one two that drops Jones! Cade thinks about following him to the mat for a moment but instead steps back and waves Jones to his feet! Jones is in big trouble!
Jones is rocked!
Jones has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Cade finds it's way round the side to connect with Jones's head.
Jones is still on wobbly legs! Can Cade finish him?
Crack! Cade connects with the perfect overhand right and Jones falls face first to the canvas. Timbeeeeeeeer! Beautiful knockout for Cade!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:59 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Carl Cade!
Carl Cade seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
