Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between HeavyWeight Prizefighter (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Donkey Kong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Prizefighter might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Under and Over it by ffdp. Kong has chosen Brass Monkey - Beastie Boys as his entrance music. Donkey Kong is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 21 - 18 - 2, fighting out of Los Angeles, HeavyWeight Prizefighter!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Donkey Kong!
The judges for this bout are , Frank Antenori and Jack Bonds.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kong fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Prizefighter.
Prizefighter scoring well with a low kick there.
Prizefighter takes a body punch but keeps moving.

Prizefighter gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Prizefighter keeping full guard, as Kong tries to pass.
Prizefighter looking to sweep here. No luck so far.

Kong avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Kong trying to control but Prizefighter is working from the bottom.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Prizefighter is trying to control the position from the bottom.

Prizefighter looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
Prizefighter bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Kong's guard.

Prizefighter is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

Prizefighter wants to control but Kong is keeping him busy.

Prizefighter is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Kong is just riding it out for now. Prizefighter eventually gives up the hold.

Prizefighter seems to be working for a kimura but Kong defends the submission attempt.

Prizefighter thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Kong's head.

Kong looks more muscular than last time we saw him. He must have been on the weights.
Prizefighter slips a nice elbow through Kong's hands, connecting with Kong's forehead.
Prizefighter is pressing down on Kong's thigh, looking to free his foot. Kong is holding on for now.
Prizefighter thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Prizefighter tries to pass to full mount but Kong defends it.

The ref stands the fighters back up due to a lack of activity.
Prizefighter tries to work over Kong's front leg with a kick but Kong checks it.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.

Kong shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Prizefighter is trying to defend but Kong finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.
Prizefighter has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Prizefighter makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work!
Kong ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Prizefighter moves away.
Kong will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Kong lands a jab.


It looks like HeavyWeight Prizefighter has been cut.
Prizefighter throws a sloppy head kick and Kong moves out of range easily.
Kong throws a leg kick that is checked
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Prizefighter looks to throw the jab but Kong is out of range.
Prizefighter takes a swing at Kong's ribcage but misses.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Kong gets a takedown into half guard.

Kong seems to be working for a kimura but Prizefighter defends the submission attempt.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

That was a close round but I would say that HeavyWeight Prizefighter will probably get the nod.

That's time! Prizefighter's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.


Kong tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Prizefighter was well out of range. Poor timing from Kong.

Kong throws a body punch but Prizefighter moves out of range.

Kong shoots in and bounces Prizefighter off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Prizefighter is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Kong's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Kong's back!
Kong is in a world of trouble here. He's outmatched on the ground here and he'd better get Prizefighter off his back sharpish unless he wants to be submitted.

Prizefighter looking for the choke but no joy.
Prizefighter thows a huge left but connects with the canvas and not his opponent.
Prizefighter struggling to land strikes to the head as Kong covers up.
Prizefighter misses with a punch to the head.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Kong staying busy and making it hard for Prizefighter to control.
Prizefighter really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape.

Prizefighter is looking for a choke. Kong gets to his feet with his opponent on his back and slams him to the mat. Kong manages to squirm out of the attempted choke and turns into his opponent's guard.

Prizefighter is looking for a triangle but Kong pushes his legs off easily.

Prizefighter not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Kong pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Prizefighter is keeping the position for now.

Prizefighter escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Kong gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Kong slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Kong passes Prizefighter's right leg, so he's now in half guard.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Kong connects with a nice short shot to Prizefighter's temple.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Prizefighter is on top in guard.

Prizefighter is rocked!
Prizefighter walks into a picture perfect straight right hand from Kong! He's gone down face first to the canvas, unconscious before he even hit the floor! Ohhhh. My. Goodness! That boys and girls was a beautiful knockout! Give that man a biscuit!
