The judges for this bout are Josh West, Chris Saunders and Paul Gruel.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hardacre gets tackled into the cage by Ueda. Ueda maintains the clinch.
Ueda tries a knee to the head but Hardacre blocks it.
Hardacre content to slow the pace in the clinch.

Ueda's coach down at Hilo Training Center was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Ueda's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.

and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.

and Hardacre counters with a lovely shot to the body.
Hardacre digs a good hook to Ueda's body.

and Hardacre counters with a nice low kick that buckles Ueda's knee momentarily.
Hardacre lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head.
Kuuya Ueda seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A solid leg kick lands there for Hardacre.
Hardacre lands with a thumping leg kick.

Ueda avoids the head kick by Hardacre.
Ueda throws a half hearted mid kick.

Ueda takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Ueda takes a head kick and shrugs it off.
That has opened up Kuuya Ueda's cut even more.

and Hardacre counters with a head kick that drops Ueda to the mat! Ueda scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!
Ueda is rocked!

Hardacre cracks Ueda's jaw with two stiff jabs then ducks low and throws a soul-severing right uppercut to the mouth!! Ueda slumps to the ground with blood on his lips. The referee steps in before Hardacre can do further damage! This one is done, son!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:08 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Damian Hardacre!

Damian Hardacre bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
In defeat, Kuuya Ueda stepped up to the mic, saying 'Team Goroshi - Kore Fight Nutrition - Killstreak Clothing'.
