Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Yoko Suna!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Hugo Boze!
The judges for this bout are Valeri Chadov, Dmitry Maklakov and Ivan Kurochkin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A jab from Suna misses.
Boze swings away with a counter right hand but no contact made.
Suna stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Suna wants it to stay on the feet.
Suna lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Boze circles away quickly and effectively.
As Suna backs off Boze throws a huge counter combo but Suna manages to avoid it all.
Suna fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Boze looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Suna throws a hook but Boze blocks it.
Suna stuffs the takedown attempt from Boze. Boze gets slowly back to his feet.
Suna leaves Boze with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Yoko Suna has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Hugo Boze.
Suna scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Boze shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Suna but Suna pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Suna punishes Boze's body with a nice straight punch.
Boze looks winded!

Suna lunges at Boze with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Boze's hand.
Boze doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body.

Suna drops Boze with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Boze looks back up at him and smiles so Suna waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
Boze is rocked!
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Suna feints a kick and comes over the top with a right hand, followed by a left hook - both land, sending Boze crashing to the mat! This one is all over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:28 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Yoko Suna!
Yoko Suna really struggled to get his t-shirt on before his hand was raised. Making sure that VICIOUS FIGHT GEAR logo gets some air time is pretty tricky when you're all sweaty.
