Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

4 - 1 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Edson Santos!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 5 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Patick ODochaty!
The judges for this bout are Peter Branson, David Hoff and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
ODochaty manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Santos on his heels. He'll look to pass Santos's guard now, I'm sure.
Santos working for a triangle but ODochaty defends it easily.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Santos wants to sweep but no luck.
Santos is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. ODochaty is aware though and is defending well.
Santos is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and ODochaty defends well.
ODochaty connects with a couple of short punches.
Santos working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. ODochaty doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. ODochaty manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

ODochaty got a little sloppy there for a moment and Santos has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, ODochaty has managed to get both his arms back between Santos's legs - danger averted.
ODochaty wanted to stand there but Santos had control of the position.

Santos has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but ODochaty can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
ODochaty wants to pass the guard but Santos is keeping the position.

Santos is doing well to control the posture of his opponent and prevent any damage.
Santos looking for subs off his back but ODochaty has passed one foot through into half guard.

Santos is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
ODochaty lands a couple of elbows.
ODochaty wants to control from the top but Santos keeps moving.
Santos looks to be in better condition than last time we saw him fight. Obviously he's been working hard on his cardio.
ODochaty stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Santos swivels though and keeps the full guard.

The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Santos is throwing his legs up, looking for submissions. ODochaty is aware though and is defending well.
Santos is looking for a triangle here but ODochaty uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
Santos struggling a bit here.
Santos looks to move to half guard but instead ODochaty has passed into mount! Damn!
ODochaty goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Santos turns into him and now he's in ODochaty's guard.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
