Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ryan Williams (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Royce Almeada (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Williams comes into the arena with Young Buck, Ludacris, TI, & The Game - Stomp blaring out of the sound system. The key to victory for Ryan Williams has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

The judges for this bout are Leandro Rodrigues, Emerson Jorge and Thiago Cunha.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Williams doesn't manage to clinch there - Almeada circles away.
Williams shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Almeada but Almeada pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Williams is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Almeada shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oh and he's advanced to full mount straight away.
Williams is looking to improve his position but Almeada isn't that keen on the idea.
Almeada tries to control but Williams wriggling away.
Almeada looking to finish Williams with some ground and pound. This is bad for Williams!

Almeada is working for a guillotine from mount but Williams frees his head quite easily.

Almeada is in full mount, looking to secure a guillotine but Williams is surviving well by controlling Almeada's body position as best he can.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Almeada working to secure an arm triangle but it's not happening for him just yet.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

Williams escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Almeada gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Almeada wants to control from the top but Williams keeps moving.

Williams manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!

Williams wants to take Almeada's back here but Almeada is holding on to an arm, himself looking to escape.

Almeada is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Williams is working on an americana here. Ooh, that looks pretty nasty! Nope, Almeada has managed to escape the submission attempt.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.

Almeada tries to lock up and control but Williams gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Almeada tries to improve his position but Williams has taken his back! Williams has a choke - it's sunk in pretty tight... Will Almeada tap? No... maybe... yes! He's tapped! Williams pushes Almeada away and gets up to celebrate with his corner!
