Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Thomas Hearns (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and David Li (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hearns comes to the cage accompanied by Black Eyed Bruiser. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

9 - 6 - 1, fighting out of Amsterdam, David Li! The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Paul Aken and Patrick Alders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Hearns throws a head kick that lands with a deafening thwack! The crowd roars as Li stumbles backwards and falls to the mat. Hearns follows into mount!
It looks like David Li has been cut. Li working to try and regain half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Hearns looking to control and managing it successfully. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Li is trying desperately to improve position. Hearns content just to control the position here. Hearns is looking to control Li's arms but Li gets an underhook and turns him. Now Hearns has his back to the cage. Hearns lands a glancing elbow in the clinch. Li breaks from the clinch.

Li is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
Li's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Hearns connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Li scrambles back to his feet. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Hearns closes the distance and clinches. Hearns breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Hearns blocks the body kick.

Li tries to lock up and control but Hearns gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Hearns controlling the pace for now. Thomas Hearns overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. This is a sustained period of stalling by Hearns. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Hearns lands with a hook. Li tried to avoid it but it clipped the top of his head. Hearns paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button. Li circles away from the clinch attempt and Li counters with a big head kick but Hearns shrugs it off. Thomas Hearns is winning the standup battle so far. Hearns cracks Li with an uppercut from hell and Li crumples to the canvas, he's out! Oh no, he's recovered and he's grabbed one of Hearns's legs and pulled him into guard. The ref thought about stopping it there but he's let it go - good reffing!
Li is still in real trouble! Can Hearns finish him? Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Li seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now. Li seems to have recovered his senses. Li keeping full guard, as Hearns tries to pass. Hearns is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Li can do to turn this around? Hearns stands up and waves to Li to follow him. Li ducks straight into an uppercut from Hearns and tumbles to the canvas! It’s a flash knockdown though - Li manages to regain guard straight away.
