The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dillinger stuffs the takedown attempt from Filgueiras. Filgueiras gets slowly back to his feet.

and Dillinger counters with a big head kick but Filgueiras shrugs it off.

Dillinger shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Filgueiras's guard.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Dillinger shoots for a takedown but Filgueiras saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.

That was a close round but I would say that Marc Lewis Dillinger will probably get the nod.

Filgueiras closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Filgueiras is trying to control the action in half guard but Dillinger is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.
