Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bas Severn (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Theoran Fleury (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). The crowd seem to be enjoying Fleury's choice of entrance music: Drake - Pound Cake (featuring Jay Z). Theoran Fleury has the eye of the tiger tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

21 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Theoran Fleury!
The judges for this bout are Jack Bonds, Timothy Bukovac and Frank Antenori.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Fleury scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Severn shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Fleury defends it nicely.
Fleury closes the distance and takes a jab right on the nose as he does so.
Severn takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.
Severn loads up on a big right hand but Fleury slips the punch.
Fleury moves into the clinch successfully.
Fleury lands a hook to the side of the head.
Severn breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Severn gets cracked there but stands up to it.
Fleury throws a body kick despite being completely out of range
and Severn counters with a nice low kick that buckles Fleury's knee momentarily.
Fleury uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Severn.
Fleury ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Severn moves away.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Severn paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
Fleury looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Severn moves out of range of the body kick.

A swing and a miss from Fleury.
Severn fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Fleury.
Severn lets loose with a powerful body kick. Fleury will feel that in the morning.
Severn does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
Severn takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
Severn is looking to slow Fleury down with leg kicks.
Oh, that's a big right hand from Severn and Fleury goes tumbling to the canvas! Severn follows him to the ground and looks to finish from half guard.
Fleury is rocked!
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Severn lands a big elbow from half guard. That looks like it's hurt Fleury quite badly. Fleury pulls Severn in close trying to recover. Severn postures up and lands two really hard shots that put Fleury on queer street! The ref takes a look and decides to call an end to the fight! Possibly an early stoppage but Fleury doesn't seem to be complaining too much.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:46 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Bas Severn!
