Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Zac Rogers!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 3 - 0, fighting out of London, Edward Teach!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Bishop, Chris Edwards and William Gold.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Rogers shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Teach napping and manages to drive through into side control!
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
The strikes coming from Rogers are missing the target in this wave of attacks.
Teach is trying to work for a sweep but Rogers has mounted him!
BOOM! Rogers connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Teach is trying desperately to improve position.

Teach slips a leg in and gets back to half guard.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Rogers is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Teach is just riding it out for now. Rogers eventually gives up the hold.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Teach is looking to control Rogers's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Teach avoid being mounted?
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Teach can do anything to dispel that myth.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Teach wants to improve his position but Rogers is controlling well.
Rogers wants to pass to mount but Teach is defending the position.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.

Rogers looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks Teach with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
Rogers has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Rogers is keen to just control but Teach is a slippery customer.

Teach looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Rogers has picked Teach up and slammed him! Teach can't keep hold of the triangle and Rogers manages to pass to side control!
Teach really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Rogers. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
