Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Bear Viles (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Adam Price (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Viles comes into the arena with The Beast "Tech N9ne" blaring out of the sound system. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Price fails to land the takedown. A jab lands there for Viles. Good shot there by Viles. Price misses with a takedown attempt - Viles sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Price displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Viles throws out the jab. Viles keeps the fight on the outside. Price tries to clinch up. Viles fails with an attempt to clinch.
Nice takedown defense from Viles. No joy for Price on that attempt. Bear Viles has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Adam Price. Price looks for a takedown but Viles sprawls well. Viles feints and then cracks Price's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Price down.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Viles throws a right and a left that Price avoids nicely. Viles misses with a jab, cross combination.
Viles goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. Viles scores with a spinning back kick! Viles tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Viles lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Bear Viles is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Price looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Viles is fending him off so far but Price persists. Nope, Viles circles away and we're back to standing. Price takes a body kick right on the floating rib. Ouchie.

Viles lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Viles. Viles fails in his attempt to clinch. Viles gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Viles is avoiding any damage by keeping wrist control. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Price wants to get up but he can't break Viles's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here. Price looking to sit in guard and control but Viles gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Price keeping moving, preventing Viles from controlling successfully. Price tries to land a sweep but no joy. Price is persisting with the attempt to improve his position. Viles pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Price is keeping the position for now. Price gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily and Viles counters with a nice body kick. Viles throws a right and a left that both miss. Price misses with a takedown attempt and Viles makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Price really felt that one! Viles lands with a slapping head kick.
That's four minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Price looks to score with a jab to the body but Viles is just out of range. Viles has closed the distance and engaged Price in a clinch.
Price is looking to break free of the clinch but Viles has double underhooks. Viles lands a nice elbow. Viles creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Price's defenses. Viles landing some nice looking knees to the body.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Viles wants to clinch up but Price keeps it at a distance. Bear Viles is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Price decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
And that's the end of the fight! Bear Viles showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Viles, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
