Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jimmy Doyle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gerry Khan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). This should be fireworks!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 7 - 2 - 1, fighting out of Montreal, Jimmy Doyle!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 8 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Gerry Khan!
The judges for this bout are Andrew Berry, William Gold and Donald Grub.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Doyle feints and then cracks Khan's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Khan down.
Doyle tries to score with a low kick but Khan moves his leg out of the way.
Khan lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Doyle backs up against the cage.

Khan has been spending a lot of time sparring his boxing in the run up to the fight, trying to sharpen up those hands and look for a knockout.

Doyle is looking for a triangle but Khan pushes his legs off easily.

Doyle working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Khan doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Khan manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Khan tries a head kick but it misses.
Khan swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Some bone on bone action there as Khan checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.

Doyle has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Khan finds it's way round the side to connect with Doyle's head.

Doyle is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Khan can do to turn this around?

Khan throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

Gerry Khan seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

Gerry Khan is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Khan lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

Doyle manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Khan on his heels. He'll look to pass Khan's guard now, I'm sure.

Khan will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Doyle throws a push kick but Khan slaps the foot to one side.
Khan cracks Doyle with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
