Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Alan Johns (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Julle Bulle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Julle Bulle is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Alan Johns! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
7 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Julle Bulle! The judges for this bout are Steve Erwin, Summer Carpenter and Damien Edna.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Good standup being displayed there by Bulle as he connects with a hook. Bulle misses with a wild combination.
A big left from Johns misses. Johns cracks a nice hook into Bulle's ribs. Bulle throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Nice uppercut lands for Johns. That snapped Bulle's head back.
It looks like Julle Bulle has been cut. Johns lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!
Johns avoids the head kick by Bulle.
Johns looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Johns throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Bulle. Johns blocks a jab. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Johns misses with a leg kick. Bulle scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Bulle misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Johns throws an overhand right that lands on Bulle's shoulder, as Bulle tries to avoid the shot. Bulle throws a sloppy head kick and Johns moves out of range easily. Good work by Bulle as he checks the leg kick.
That's one minute gone in the round. Johns takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
Bulle drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. Bulle is looking to clinch. Johns rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Bulle moves out of range and avoids them all easily. Bulle misses with a looping left. Johns will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Johns stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Bulle. Bulle wants to clinch. Bulle missing with a left hand there. Johns was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Johns throws a jab but it's blocked by Bulle. Johns with a nice cross. Johns ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. Bulle gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Johns gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:05 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Alan Johns!
