Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Billy Bones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Clark Kent (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). This should be a great matchup!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Billy Bones! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Clark Kent! The judges for this bout are Don Winkell, and Jack Bonds.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Bones changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Kent tries to avoid it but Bones manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Kent to the ground. Kent escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Bones drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Bones not doing a lot at the moment. He'll have to show some more aggression or the fight will get stood up. Kent bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Bones's guard. Kent wants to stand but Bones is controlling his posture from full guard. Kent stops Bones from standing up. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Kent wants to control from the top but Bones keeps moving.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bones is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Bones wants to control here, rather than go for any submissions from the bottom. At least for now. We must be close to a standup if these guys don't pick up the pace. Bones is wriggling around but Kent manages to pass to half guard.
Bones wants to get back to his feet.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Kent is looking to advance position but Bones won't allow it. Bones keeping control of the position.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet. Bones walks into a stiff left hand from Kent. Bones slips under a jab from Kent. Bones shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in side control! That's better than Bones was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure! The referee tells the fighters to keep busy.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kent gets back to half guard. Kent has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Bones is working away from the top position though. Kent slips a foot under and gets full guard. Nice work. Bones trying to control but Kent is working from the bottom. Bones will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Bones with a nice head shot there.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Bones throws an elbow that misses. Kent uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Bones's guard. Nice move by Kent! Bones can't keep his opponent in guard - Kent advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount. Bones wants to get back to his feet. Bones pushes Kent off but Kent dives into side control.
Bones is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Kent has just dragged him back down to the mat. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Bones looking for a sweep but Kent has passed into full mount! Oh no! Kent can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Bones is looking to escape. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Clark Kent dominated that round. That's time! Back to the action!
Bones walks into a stiff left hand from Kent. Kent tries to sprawl but Bones drives through with a takedown into half guard. Nice strikes from Bones there. Bones with the ground and pound but Kent uses the opportunity to regain guard. We've been informed that Kent has been working hard on his conditioning in the buildup to the fight. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Bones throws a strike but Kent rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Kent is looking to stand up but Bones won't let him. Bones has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Kent has passed into side control.
Kent content to control the pace. The referee will try and keep them active though. Bones is looking to work his way out of this bad position but Kent is controlling him well.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kent decides to stand up, so the ref orders Bones to his feet. Bones uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Kent. Bones shoots in for a takedown but Kent shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Clark Kent is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Bones doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Kent throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Bones stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly. Bones tries to work over Kent's front leg with a kick but Kent checks it. Bones shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Kent but Kent pushes him off and we're back to square one. Bones takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Kent catches Bones with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Bones has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
That's two minutes gone in the round. A momentary lapse in concentration from Kent enables Bones to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Kent manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Kent not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Bones slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up. Kent has been the more effective fighter overall so far. Bones is looking to pass into half guard but Kent pushes him away with his feet and jumps on top - now Kent is in guard. Bones pulls Kent in close to his closed guard and prevents Kent from doing any damage or advancing position. Bones on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Bones tries to get out of the position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kent wanted to stand there but Bones had control of the position. Kent stops Bones from standing up. Kent trying to control but Bones is working from the bottom. If this pace continues, the referee will definitely step in and force a standup. Kent wanted to stand there but Bones had control of the position.
The referee has motioned to the fighters to stand back up. He just wasn't happy with the level of activity.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Kent scores with a hook to the body. Bones takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. Kent scores with a sloppy right hand. Bones should have avoided that one. Kent throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Kent works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance. Bones closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Kent did well to prevent Bones getting side control. The fighters are battling for position here. Kent manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Bones looking to sit in guard and control but Kent gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Bones seems keen to control Kent's posture. Bones looking for subs off his back but Kent has passed one foot through into half guard.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Clark Kent showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! This is the final round!
Bones feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Bones loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Kent wants to sweep but no luck. Bones looking to control the position here, rather than advance. Kent wants to get back to his feet but Bones is in a dominant position and won't allow it. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bones throws an elbow that misses. Kent uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Bones's guard. That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Kent is looking to take a break and control but Bones is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Bones struggling a bit here. Kent gets to mount! Bones was on the offensive and wasn't defending properly. Kent can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Bones is looking to escape.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kent is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully. Bones can't escape the position.
Bones wants to hold on but Kent pushes him away. Kent wants to stand but Bones is holding on to him, trying to stop him posturing up.

Clark Kent is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight. Bones can't escape the position.

And that's the end of the fight! Clark Kent comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Kent has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
