Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Ralph King (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Chu ju (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chu ju will no doubt be looking to use his reach advantage to good effect.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

King closes the distance and clinches.

ju must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.

King will no doubt start fighting again in a minute but for now he's just having a little rest, leaning ju up against the cage.

King jumps guard and drags ju to the mat. He's obviously going to be looking for submissions off his back.

King bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in ju's guard.

With the fighters clinched against the cage, King creates a bit of distance for himself and scores with a nice uppercut.

ju lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as King backs up against the cage.
King pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

King is edging up against the cage. He's using the cage to get back to his feet. Nice work there - the fighters are clinched.
King has had enough of the clinch but ju keeps him there for the moment.

The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. King lands a nice short elbow.
King looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks ju with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.
ju is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though.
ju is breathing heavily.
