Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Tuke Hong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Little Hardon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 4 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Tuke Hong!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Little Hardon!
The judges for this bout are , Timothy Bukovac and Don Winkell.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hong swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Hong throws a leg kick
letting Hardon counter with a right hand.
Hong feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Hardons jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
Hong throws a head kick that misses.
Hardon lands a nice looking kick to the body. Hong takes a step back to recover.
Hardon pushes Hong away with a front kick.
Hardon shapes like he's going to throw a leg kick but settles back down.
A good leg kick by Hardon.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Nice takedown defense from Hardon. No joy for Hong on that attempt.

Hardon defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Hong.

Hardon avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Hardon takes a body punch that cleary hurt but he's trying not to show any weakness.
Hardon throws a leg kick but Hong sees it coming and checks it nicely.
Hardon tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in to close the distance. Hong manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.
Hong throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Hardon checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time.
Hong connects with a looping right hand.
Hong throws a body shot but no joy.
Hong scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.

Hardon walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Hardon connects with an inside leg kick.
Hardon tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Hong paws at him with a jab and circles away.
A big right from Hong misses.
Hardon displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Hong.
Hong throws a hook to the side of Hardon's head but Hardon sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.
Hong misses with a head kick.
Hardon fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Hong has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Hong has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Hong throws a good cross that connects.
Hong dips to his left and cracks Hardon with an uppercut!
Hong misses with a looping left.
Hong scores with a nice right hand.
Hardon tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Hardon displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Hong throws out the jab.
Hardon avoids the head kick by Hong.
Hong buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Hong misses with a low kick.
Some bone on bone action there as Hardon checks a low kick. Luckily it wasn't a particularly hard one.

Hong cracks a nice hook into Hardon's ribs.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Hong walks into a jab.
Little Hardon is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Hong fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Hardon checks it well.
Hardon fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Hong has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage.

and Hardon counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Hong is pulling down on Hardon's head to control his posture.

That was a close round but I would say that Tuke Hong will probably get the nod.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Hardon felt the need to train up his defensive grappling in the buildup to the fight. Presumably he was expecting to be in a difficult position like this, so let's see if he can get out of it.

Hardon is trying to escape and get back to his feet.
Hong lands an elbow.
Hong has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Hardon is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Hong has just dragged him back down to the mat.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Hardon gets one leg under and gets the fight to half guard.

Hong with a momentary lay and pray from half guard.
Hardon is staying active underneath Hong, who seems content to just control the action from this position.
The referee calls for the fighters to work.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.

Hong misses with a takedown attempt - Hardon sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
That kick from Hardon tenderised Hong's leg. Hong is trying to keep his angry face on.
Hardon walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Hong checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Hardon avoids a punch combination nicely.
Hong is hobbling a little on that front leg after taking quite a few leg kicks so far in this fight.
Hong looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.

A head kick from Hardon lands but Hong takes it in his stride.

Hong looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Hardon looks to land a left hand but Hong moved out of range nicely.

Hardon throws a leg kick which misses Hong's front leg but catches the back leg as Hong tries to avoid it.

Hong pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Hong looks to score with a jab to the body but Hardon is just out of range.
Hardon feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Hongs jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

Hardon thumps Hong with a low kick.
A solid leg kick lands there for Hardon.
Hong finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Hardon throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Hardon doesn't manage to clinch there - Hong circles away.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
Hong will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
Hardon lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Hong.
Hong loads up on a big right hand but Hardon slips the punch.
Hong looks for a takedown but Hardon sprawls well.
Both fighters are breathing heavily.
Hardon slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Hong shoots in for a takedown but Hardon shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Little Hardon really dominated that round.
That's time! Back to the action!


Hong throws a predictable looking body shot
and Hardon cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Hong throws a leg kick that is checked
enabling Hardon to counter with a crisp jab.


Hong is rocked!
Hardon slaps away a takedown attempt from Hong, before circling back to the center of the mat.
Oh Hong is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Hardon feints and then cracks Hong's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Hong down.
Hong seems to have got his legs back now.
Hardon throws a sloppy head kick and Hong moves out of range easily.
Hong changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Hardon tries to avoid it but Hong manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Hardon to the ground. Hardon escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Hardon connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Hong's hands.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Hardon drops Hong with a naaaaasty hook - Hong is in real trouble here! Hardon dives in to side control and pounds out his opponent for a TKO victory! The crowd goes nuts!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:48 of round 4, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Little Hardon!
