Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

11 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Hugo Lewis!
The judges for this bout are Jeff Smith, Colin Fray and Chris Saunders.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lewis jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Murray throws a counter high kick but Lewis was just alert enough to avoid it.
Murray throws a chopping leg kick but Lewis manages to avoid taking any serious damage.
Lewis loads up on a big right hand but Murray slips the punch.
Murray throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.

Lewis takes a head kick and keeps coming.
It looks like Hugo Lewis has been cut.
Murray throws a low kick but it's checked well by Lewis.
Lewis tries to counter by closing the distance.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Murray throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
Lewis lands with a good body shot.

Murray swings for the body but Lewis moves out of range.
Lewis forces Murray back against the cage and clinches.

Lewis blocks a body shot from Murray.
Murray lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Lewis.
I was talking to Murray's coach per-fight and he was telling me that they'd been working on the clinch in the runup to this fight.
Murray breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Lewis misses with a hook.
Lewis wants to clinch.
Murray circles away from the clinch attempt.
Lewis lands a nice looking body shot.
Lewis tries to clinch up but Murray circles away and keeps his distance.

Hugo Lewis seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Murray uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
Murray gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Lewis.
Lewis feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Murrays jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Murray listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
Murray throws a left jab followed by a right to the body, Oh Lewis colapses and takes a barrage of punches from Murray as he moves to mount! the ref stops the fight and Lewis is left battered and dazed whilst Murray and his camp cheer!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:12 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Lee Murray!
Lee Murray made sure to give a little speech post fight, saying 'Was that one of the worlds best fighters I just beat? Wow!'.
