The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ekki checks the leg kick.

It looks like Ty Lawson has been cut.
Lawson steps to his left, right into the path of a big body kick from Ekki. That one must have hurt.
Ekki fakes the leg kick and cracks Lawson in the body.
Some wild striking there from Lawson.
Ekki feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Lawson's calf.
Lawson misses with the combination.
Lawson's corner calls for a 1-2. Lawson obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.
Lawson tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.

Lawson swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Ekki dips to his left and cracks Lawson with an uppercut!
Ekki lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Lawson misses with a double jab.

Ekki scores with a hook to the body. Lawson takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.
Lawson looks to score with a jab to the body but Ekki is just out of range.

Ekki dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Lawson. That did some damage!
Ty Lawson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Ekki avoids the body shot from Lawson.

Ekki moves into range and lands a nice leg kick.
Lawson throws a right and a left that both miss.

Lawson gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Ekki gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!
