Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

With a record of 11 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Devon King!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Man scores with a leg kick.
Man jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.

It looks like Devon King has been cut.
King fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Man swings and misses with a hook to the body.
King throws a looping overhand right but Man ducks down to avoid it.

King drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Man parries the strikes from King easily there. King is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable Man to escape.
King throws an elbow but Man slips to the side and avoids it well.
Man gets back to half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Man tries to strike from the bottom but it doesn't land.
Man wants to improve his position but King is controlling well.

King thows a huge punch but Man dodges it nicely.
King thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.

That was a close round but I would say that Chester Man will probably get the nod.

Man closes the distance and pushes King back into the cage.

Man is pressed up against the cage. King has hold of a leg and is looking to drag Man down to the mat. Man avoids the attempt though and has circled away. We're back to striking at a distance.

King dives in for a single leg takedown but Man sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.

Man decides he's had enough of playing guard and decides to stand. Come on King, up you get!
King closes the distance and clinches up with Man, looking for a takedown. King pushes Man against the cage but Man circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Man uses good footwork to get in and out and land a nice right hand before King has time to react.
Man uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from King.
King looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.

Man lands an overhand left. A wild punch that just about connected.
Man stuns King with a nice body shot, before stepping back out of range.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

King shoots in and drives through. Man sprawls well.
King uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Man.

Man breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

King stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush.
King looks to land a left hand but Man moved out of range nicely.
King misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Man.
Man throws out a loose jab but King uses good head movement to avoid it.
Man throws a hook to the side of King's head but King sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully.

King takes a jab right on the nose. That must have hurt but he shrugs his shoulders and looks to return the favor.
Man lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
King throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.
No luck for King with that takedown attempt.

Man moves in looking to clinch but King pushes him off.
King shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Man defends it nicely.
Man lands a right hook to the body.
King bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action. This is the final round!

Man paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
King avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Devon King seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Man slips a straight right by King.

King misses with a takedown attempt - Man sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
King goes for a double leg but Man avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Man continues to drive forward.

King throws a strike but Man rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top.

Man gets to his feet. King looking to butt scoot but the ref puts an end to that. On your feet son!
King tries for a takedown but Man sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.

Man with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling King to score with a decent uppercut.

Man clobbers King with an overhand right that has the crowd gasping. That made a horrendous noise.
Man jabbing away but nothing is landing.
Man is looking to clinch but King is avoiding it.

King scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
King is just content to waste time from the top position. Man takes advantage of the situation and regains full guard.

Man controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling.
Man would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard.

King throws his legs up looking to secure a triangle. Oh, that looks pretty tight, I gotta say! Man escapes and throws King's legs to the side, diving into side control!

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Man, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
