Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Terry Torres (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John Thomas Teller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Torres kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Heisenberg. The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Teller fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Torres clinches up against the cage.
Teller wants to break free. God knows he wants to breaaaak freeee.
Torres tries to pull guard but Teller forces him back to his feet, against the cage.
Teller is trying to break the clinch but Torres has him pressed against the cage.
Teller goes for a takedown attempt but Torres pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.

Torres changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Teller tries to avoid it but Torres manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Teller to the ground. Teller escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Teller rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Torres moves out of range and avoids them all easily.

Torres throws a mid kick that lands with a slap.

Torres shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Teller pinned against the cage. Teller gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

Torres looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Teller is fending him off so far but Torres persists. Nope, Teller circles away and we're back to standing.

Teller lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Teller drops his hands momentarily and Torres takes advantage with a crisp shot to the head.

and Teller cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Torres shoots in looking for a takedown. Teller tries to sprawl out of it but Torres keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Teller manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.

John Thomas Teller seems to be getting the better of the standup.

This is turning into a torrid day at the office for Torres. He's trying desperately to land a takedown but he's failing miserably and getting slapped silly on the feet to compound his misery.
