Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lee Murray (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nathan Corbett (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Murray comes to the ring accompanied by KO muzik. Corbett has chosen Men at Work - Down Under as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
22 - 9 - 0, fighting out of London, Lee Murray! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
22 - 12 - 1, fighting out of London, Nathan Corbett! The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Saam Ante and Aafke Stam.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Corbett doesn't manage to clinch there - Murray circles away.
Murray fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. Murray scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Corbett doesn't seem bothered though. Corbett tries to move into range but Murray moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
It looks like Nathan Corbett has been cut. Corbett bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. The fight moves into the clinch position. Murray has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance. Corbett taking a breather. Murray blocks an elbow strike. Murray breaks from the clinch.
Corbett throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Murray sees it coming and avoids it easily. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Corbett walks into a left hand. Murray tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Corbett was well out of range. Poor timing from Murray. Murray slips a straight right by Corbett. Corbett works over Murray's head and body with a nice combination. Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show! Corbett throws a right and a left that both miss. Murray keeps the fight on the outside.
That's one minute gone in the round. Murray lands a jab to Corbett's midsection. Murray misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Corbett.

enabling Corbett to counter with a crisp jab. Murray dives in and scores a takedown into Corbett's guard. Corbett throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.

Murray trying to move into half guard but instead Corbett has managed to sweep! Murray has his hands on Corbett's head, controlling the position. Corbett sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Murray's guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. This has been an exciting period of action! Murray wants to get back to full guard. Well, if Corbett is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Murray has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Corbett is working away from the top position though. Corbett trying to control from Murray's half guard. Murray has other ideas though and has regained full guard. Murray pulls Corbett in to control the position. Murray looking for subs off his back but Corbett has passed one foot through into half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Corbett is trying to work for a kimura. This could be trouble! No, Murray has managed to free his arm - good work. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Murray is trying to get back to full guard. Corbett prevents Murray from standing back up.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Corbett is looking for the mount but instead finds himself back in full guard. Murray is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Murray looking to sweep here. No luck so far.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Murray is working hard here to advance position. Corbett wants to control from the top but Murray keeps moving. Corbett passes easily into side control. Nice work. Murray tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Corbett wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Murray can't do much from the bottom here. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Lee Murray will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Nathan Corbett's cut. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

A telegraphed right hand from Murray misses the target. Corbett misses the shot to the body. Lee Murray is winning the standup battle so far. Corbett scores with a leg kick.

Murray swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Corbett. Corbett throws a jab when Murray was well out of range. Murray throws a body punch but Corbett moves out of range. Murray throws out a loose jab but Corbett uses good head movement to avoid it. Corbett keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Murray lands with an overhand left. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Corbett pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Murray back to the ropes. Corbett follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver. Murray takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. A looping hook to the body misses from Murray. Corbett does a little dance to reset his feet. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out! Murray bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Corbett's head. Corbett fakes a jab and then connects with a hook.
That's one minute gone in the round. Murray misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Corbett.

and Corbett counters with a huge left! Murray is in big trouble! He's backing up but Corbett isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Murray from any more damage. A dominating finish by Corbett!
