Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jokohama Humahuta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joseph Douglas (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the light heavyweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
8 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Jokohama Humahuta! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
5 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Joseph Douglas! The judges for this bout are Arvi Lind, Ben Zyskovitsi and Matti Vanhoillinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Douglas keeps the fight on the outside. Humahuta shoots in but Douglas avoids the takedown attempt easily. Humahuta has a takedown stuffed. Humahuta shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Douglas pinned against the cage. Douglas gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jokohama Humahuta. That's going to take a lot out of him. Humahuta misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Jokohama Humahuta seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Humahuta shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Douglas as he avoids it easily. Humahuta avoids the head kick by Douglas.
Douglas tries a head kick but it misses.
Douglas lands a head kick that stumbles Humahuta and the fighters go to the mat.
It looks like Jokohama Humahuta has been cut. Humahuta wants to sweep here but Douglas controlling him for the moment. Humahuta looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
Humahuta has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Douglas can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
That's one minute gone in the round. Douglas controlling from the top position. Humahuta working for a triangle but Douglas defends it easily.
Douglas wants to stand but Humahuta is controlling his posture from full guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless. Douglas won't allow Humahuta to sweep him here. Douglas content to stall in guard here. Douglas wants to control from the top but Humahuta keeps moving. Humahuta can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Douglas controls the pace. Douglas content to strike from guard, landing some decent shots.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Douglas slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard. Douglas stopping the sweep attempt from Humahuta. Humahuta throws a couple of weedy looking strikes off his back.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Douglas has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Humahuta is proving hard to escape from. Humahuta avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Humahuta throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.
Humahuta escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Douglas gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Humahuta preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. Douglas trying to control but Humahuta is working from the bottom. Douglas would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Joseph Douglas dominated that round. The cut man is working on Jokohama Humahuta's cut. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Humahuta changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Douglas looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. Humahuta goes for an armbar! This could be all over! Wait, no, Douglas rolls with the submission and now he's on top in Humahuta's guard! Nice work there by Douglas! Douglas won't allow Humahuta to sweep him here. Douglas trying to control the position from guard on top but Humahuta is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Humahuta is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Humahuta is going to have to think about doing something other than just controlling because Douglas is managing to avoid having the position dictated to him. Douglas trying to control but Humahuta is working from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. Douglas wants to stand but Humahuta has a closed guard, so he can't escape. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Douglas wants to control from the top but Humahuta keeps moving.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Douglas throws a sloppy head kick and Humahuta moves out of range easily. Douglas lands a high kick!
Humahuta shoots in and drives through. Douglas sprawls well. No luck for Humahuta with that takedown attempt. Humahuta shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Douglas but Douglas pushes him off and we're back to square one. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jokohama Humahuta. That's going to take a lot out of him. Douglas sets himself and throws a head kick that knocks Humahuta to the ground! Douglas dives into full mount looking to finish!
Humahuta is rocked! Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Douglas postures up and throws a couple of big shots that have Humahuta in real trouble here! The ref calls for Humahuta to improve his position which he doesn't do, so the referee has no choice but to end the fight due to the strikes!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:03 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Joseph Douglas! Joseph Douglas is the new light heavyweight champion!
