Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Wouter Tienhoven (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jarek Strzesak (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wouter Tienhoven looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Wouter Tienhoven! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Jarek Strzesak! The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Paulsen Ambrosius and Paul Aken.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tienhoven drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Tienhoven has decided he wants to stand but the closed guard of Strzesak is proving hard to escape from. Tienhoven trying to control but Strzesak is working from the bottom. Strzesak working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Tienhoven doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Tienhoven manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Strzesak keeping moving, preventing Tienhoven from controlling successfully. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Tienhoven has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player. Strzesak not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Tienhoven wants to control from the top but Strzesak keeps moving. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Strzesak is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move. Tienhoven is not content to let Strzesak control the position. Strzesak is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully. Tienhoven trying to control but Strzesak postures up.

The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Strzesak manages to capitalize on a mistake by Tienhoven to take his back! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jarek Strzesak dominated that round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Strzesak fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Tienhoven avoids it really well and circles away. We've been told by Tienhoven's head coaches at Soul Supremacy Fight Club - ELITE TRAINERS----$580 that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight. A solid leg kick lands there for Tienhoven.

Tienhoven shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. Tienhoven showed some decent athleticism there. Tienhoven trying to control from Strzesak's half guard. Strzesak has other ideas though and has regained full guard. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Strzesak throwing his legs up looking for a triangle.

He's got his foot tucked under now, this looks tight! Tienhoven reacted too slowly and this one could be over in a matter of seconds! YES! Tienhoven taps out! Nice BJJ there by Strzesak!
