PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Kule Den (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Walter White (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). White has chosen Crystal Blue Persuasion as his entrance music. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 4 - 1, fighting out of Hilo, Kule Den!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Walter White!
The judges for this bout are Josh West, Ryoma Takatsuka and Micheangelo Fripello.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Den wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Den rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but White moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Den lands a jab to the nose.
Den connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed White momentarily.
White closes this distance looking for a takedown but Den circles away.
White shoots in and drives through. Den sprawls well.
We've been told by Den's head coaches at Outlaws Paradise that he's been working on his takedown defense in preparation for this fight.

Den feints and then winds up with a huge right hand that connects perfectly and sends White sprawling to the canvas! White rolls over backwards and springs off the cage and manages to regain his footing - how acrobatic! Oh, he's still wobbly - can Den finish him?!


White is rocked!
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Den lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but White circles away quickly and effectively.
Den defends well against a solid takedown attempt from White.
Kule Den has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Walter White.
White tries for a takedown but Den circles away easily
and Den counters with a right hand to the body.

That's one minute gone in the round.
A left lands for Den.

Den drops White with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but White looks back up at him and smiles so Den waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.
White is still on wobbly legs! Can Den finish him?
Den ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
White switches off momentarily and Den cracks him with a monster right hand! White topples backwards and makes a semi conscious attempt to cover up, as Den dives in to land one more shot, before the referee has time to call the fight. What a finish by Den!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:35 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Kule Den!
In his post fight interview, Kule Den started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
Walter White was interviewed post fight and said '"We’re done when I say we’re done."'.
