Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Douglas Kopejtka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Adam Morley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kopejtka comes to the cage accompanied by Metamorphosis by Blue Stahli. The key to victory for Douglas Kopejtka has got to be keeping the fight on the feet.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
5 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, Douglas Kopejtka! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
6 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Adam Morley! The judges for this bout are John Roberts, Jonathan Paton and Lou da Vinci.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Kopejtka shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Morley defends it nicely. Morley feints and as Kopejtka raises his hands in defense, Morley changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Kopejtka wants to get back to his feet but Morley is in a dominant position and won't allow it. Morley trying to land body shots but he keeps hitting the mat. Kopejtka working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Morley. Kopejtka avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Morley really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Kopejtka. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Morley with a flurry of punches that miss. Kopejtka is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. The referee wants the fighters to be more active or he's going to reset them on the feet.
The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.
That's one minute gone in the round. Morley decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Morley lands a nice short elbow. Kopejtka wants to get back to his feet. Kopejtka pushes Morley off and gets back to his feet. Morley shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Kopejtka as he avoids it easily. A telegraphed takedown attempt from Morley is defended easily by Kopejtka. Kopejtka connects with a lovely jab that went straight through the gap between Morley's hands. Kopejtka throws a nice inside leg kick. Morley is trying hard to land a takedown here. Kopejtka sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Douglas Kopejtka has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Adam Morley. Kopejtka stalks Morley and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Morley's face. Morley staggers backwards, shaken.
It looks like Adam Morley has been cut. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Morley scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground. Kopejtka kicks Morley off and gets back to his feet. Morley dives in for a single leg takedown but Kopejtka sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage. Kopejtka works on Morley's body with a couple of short punches. Morley looks winded!
That's two minutes gone in the round. Morley has hold of a leg and is looking for a trip takedown. Kopejtka avoids it nicely though and we remain in the clinch. Kopejtka is working on a leg, looking for a takedown but Morley is defending well. Morley told us before the fight that he's been working on his elbows. An under utilised technique these days - let's see if it can sway the outcome of the fight. Morley tries to break free but Kopejtka pushes him back against the cage. Kopejtka tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Morley smiles and moves away.
A punch combination from Kopejtka misses. Kopejtka scores with a nice strike. Kopejtka gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard. Morley trying to control the position from guard on top but Kopejtka is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Morley is looking to work some ground and pound but Kopejtka has wrist control.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Morley throws an elbow that misses. Kopejtka uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Morley's guard. Nice move by Kopejtka! Morley manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Kopejtka manages to get himself to full guard.

No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Kopejtka postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Morley drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles. Kopejtka fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Morley avoids it really well and circles away. Morley changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Kopejtka tries to avoid it but Morley manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Kopejtka to the ground. Kopejtka escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Morley ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Kopejtka moves away. Kopejtka drops Morley with a beautiful combination! Morley stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Kopejtka is looking for the KO!
Morley is rocked! Morley shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it. Morley is still on wobbly legs! Can Kopejtka finish him? Kopejtka darts in and lands a big hook, right on the button! Morley's legs crumble underneath him as he falls to the canvas! The ref tackles Kopejtka before he gets to land any more shots to his stricken foe.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:30 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Douglas Kopejtka! After winning the bout, Douglas Kopejtka thanked all his fans and promised he'd do even better in his next fight. The crowd seemed to love his humility.
