Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Ray Oliver (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Wayde Parcins (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Oliver comes to the cage accompanied by Enter Sandman-Metallica. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the featherweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
14 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Ray Oliver! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
11 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Wayde Parcins! The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Elvis Blanc and William Peck.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Parcins tries to clinch up but Oliver circles away and keeps his distance. Parcins misses with an uppercut. Oliver looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. Oliver has a takedown stuffed. Oliver uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Parcins. Nice sprawl there from Parcins as Oliver shoots in. Oliver shoots in but Parcins avoids the takedown attempt easily. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Ray Oliver. That's going to take a lot out of him. Oliver shoots in but Parcins avoids the takedown attempt easily. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Parcins looks to score with a jab to the body but Oliver is just out of range. Oliver changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Parcins tries to avoid it but Oliver manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Parcins to the ground. Parcins escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Parcins tries to counter by closing the distance. Parcins should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete. Oliver shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Oliver is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Parcins defends it well.
That's one minute gone in the round. Oliver seems to be working for a kimura but Parcins defends the submission attempt. Parcins pushes Oliver off, looking to escape but Oliver dives into side control. He's locked up a kimura now - that was fast! He's cranking on it and Parcins is forced to tap! The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:51 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Kimura). Ray Oliver! Ray Oliver retains his featherweight title! Ray Oliver took some time post fight to say the following; 'I want to thank the fan's for sticking with me over the years , it's been tough i told you i would become champion again i won it, defended it and now it may be time to move on'.
