Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Mitsurin Mizu! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
8 - 3 - 0, fighting out of New York, Mitsurin Mizu! The judges for this bout are Russell Pearce, Jonathan Paton and Alyssa Summers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Fighter A throws out a leg kick but Fighter B moves out of range and Fighter A only half commits. Fighter B misses with a wild body shot. Fighter B misses with a two punch combination.
Fighter A looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Fighter A digs a good body shot into Fighter B's ribs. Fighter B looks to land a combination but Fighter A avoids it well. Fighter A throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Fighter B doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Mitsurin Mizu seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. A solid leg kick lands there for Fighter A.
Fighter B throws a big shot that misses. Like a baseball bat into the meat of his leg there - nice leg kick by Fighter A.
Fighter B throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Fighter A. Fighter A looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Fighter B stalks Fighter A and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Fighter A's face. Fighter A staggers backwards, shaken.
It looks like Mitsurin Mizu has been cut. Fighter A lands with a nice low kick. That'll leave a bruise. Fighter A walks into a jab. Fighter B misses with a hook. Fighter A fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Fighter B.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fighter B throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Fighter A sees it coming and avoids it easily. Fighter A fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Fighter B. A good leg kick by Fighter A. Fighter B misses with an uppercut. Fighter A cracks the inside of Fighter B's front leg. Fighter B throws a body punch but Fighter A moves out of range. Fighter B takes a nasty kick to the mid section... That should keep him thinking. Does he try and block and risk a head kick landing?
A nice inside leg kick there by Fighter A. That's going to slow Fighter B down. Fighter A is looking to slow Fighter B down with leg kicks. Fighter A lands a slapping body shot.

Fighter B throws a nice looking combination but Fighter A bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. Fighter A connects with a solid leg kick. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Fighter A lands a head kick. Fighter B smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
It looks like Mitsurin Mizu has been cut. Fighter B tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Fighter B throws a poor cross that misses
and Fighter A counters with a nice body shot.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The fight moves into the clinch position. A short right hand to the side of the head by Fighter A. Both guys are working to get underhooks. Fighter A has Fighter B pressed against the cage, preventing Fighter B from circling away and getting back to striking at range. Fighter B fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
Fighter B has a couple of punches blocked by Fighter A.
Fighter B's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down. Fighter B goes for a body shot but it's blocked.
Fighter B throws a punch but it's blocked by Fighter A. Fighter A cracks Fighter B with a nice body shot. Fighter A tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Fighter A fails to land with a short punch on the inside.
An uppercut to the body lands inside from Fighter A. Fighter B blocks an uppercut.
Fighter A lands a left hand that snaps the head of Fighter B backwards. Fighter A lands with a left to the head. Fighter A lands a nice looking hook to the body, against the cage. An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Fighter A. Fighter A lands a body punch in the clinch. Fighter A working aggressively here.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Fighter A tries to work over Fighter B's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Fighter A lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Fighter B or not. Fighter A lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Fighter B backwards. Fighter A trying to stall but Fighter B improves his position.
Fighter A manages to break the clinch.
Sloppy strikes from Fighter B. Those never looked like landing. Fighter A throws a nice inside leg kick. Fighter A connects with a body shot that sends Fighter B's belly button to the back. Fighter A scores with a slapping inside leg kick. Fighter B lands with an uppercut that bounces Fighter A off the cage and back into range. Fighter B misses with an uppercut. Fighter A throws a hard body shot but it just misses.

Fighter B throws a hook but Fighter A blocks it. Fighter B takes one to the chin there. Fighter A is looking to wear down Fighter B with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment.
That's four minutes gone in the round. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Fighter A dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Fighter B. That did some damage! Fighter A tries to clinch but Fighter B is having none of it. Fighter A dodges the punch combination from Fighter B.
Fighter B misses with an uppercut. Fighter A saw that one coming. Fighter B throws a hook but Fighter A avoids it easily. Fighter A looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Fighter A scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Fighter A feints and then cracks Fighter B's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Fighter B down. Fighter B lands an overhand right. Fighter A with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Fighter B misses with a straight right. The crowd applaud the fighters' efforts here as the round comes to an end. Fighter B lands a jab-cross combination. Fighter A buckles his opponent's knee momentarily with a nice leg kick.
Fighter B throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Mitsurin Mizu dominated that round. Both fighters have cut men working on them during the interval. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Fighter A cracks a nice hook into Fighter B's ribs. Fighter A connects with an inside leg kick. Fighter A lands with a nice body punch. Fighter B throws a body punch but Fighter A moves out of range. Fighter A thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Fighter B if he has to take too many more of those.

Fighter A tries to clinch up but Fighter B circles away and keeps his distance. Fighter A moves into range and lands a nice leg kick. Fighter B misses with a wild combination.

and Fighter A counters with a leg kick that reverborates around the arena. Fighter B moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Mitsurin Mizu's cut is getting worse. The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Fighter A throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Fighter B misses with a body shot
and Fighter A counters with a nice body kick. Fighter B is breathing heavily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Fighter A throws a front kick that sends Fighter B stumbling back into the cage. Fighter A keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Both fighters circling a little - Fighter A finishes the exchange with a kick to the body. Fighter A scores with a sloppy punch to the body. Not much technique there but it did the business. Fighter A digs a good body shot into Fighter B's ribs. Fighter A lands a body shot.

Fighter B swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target. A chopping leg kick lands by Fighter A. Fighter B throws a lazy right hand but Fighter A sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily. Fighter A lands a nice leg kick that just misses Fighter B's sensitive parts. A nice inside leg kick there by Fighter A. That's going to slow Fighter B down. An inside leg kick lands from Fighter A. Fighter A darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Fighter A digs a good body shot into Fighter B's ribs. Fighter A throws a series of punches but Fighter B moves out of range. Fighter A cracks Fighter B with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business. Fighter A throws a quick inside leg kick. A nice inside leg kick there by Fighter A. That's going to slow Fighter B down.

You can see that Fighter B has visibly slowed down as a result of the leg kicks Fighter B throws a hook but Fighter A avoids it easily. Fighter A tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Fighter A fakes a couple of low kicks, before throwing one on the third attempt. It connects and Fighter B has to reset his feet before getting ready to engage. Fighter A thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on Fighter B if he has to take too many more of those.
Fighter A is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Fighter B can do to turn this around? Fighter A keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Fighter B. Fighter A connects with an inside leg kick. A punch combination from Fighter B misses. Fighter B misses with a wild combination.

Nice uppercut there from Fighter B. The fight stays on the outside here - Fighter A looks like he's thinking about clinching though. A decent looking body kick lands there for Fighter A. The fight moves into the clinch position. Fighter B takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. A shot in the inside from Fighter A. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Fighter B swings wildly with an uppercut but Fighter A uses good head movement to avoid it. Fighter B prevents a body shot from Fighter A.

More of an arm punch but it's all scoring with the judges. Fighter A is leaning against Fighter B and scores with a nice uppercut to the body. Fighter A lands a shoulder strike. Fighter B is rocked! A short right from Fighter A on the inside. Fighter B is still on wobbly legs! Can Fighter A finish him? A nice right hand lands inside from Fighter A. This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! Fighter A is leaning against Fighter B and scores with a nice uppercut to the body. Fighter A creates some distance for himselfand unleashes a massive uppercut that sends Fighter B's eyes rolling into the back of his head! Fighter B drops to his knees and Fighter A pours it on with more strikes until the referee steps in to end the bout!
