Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ben Jonathon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mestre Bimba (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bimba is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Quadras by Mestre Bimba. Well, I have no idea who's going to take this one!

The judges for this bout are Anthony Taglia, Jorge Garcia and John Roberts.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jonathon darts in looking for a takedown but Bimba gets double underhooks and turns Jonathon into the cage.
Jonathon misses with a body shot
and Bimba counters with a low kick, right behind Jonathon 's knee.
Jonathon shoots in and drives through. Bimba sprawls well.
Bimba looks to score with a jab to the body but Jonathon is just out of range.

We've been hearing reports that Jonathon has been drilling takedowns in recent sessions so let's see if that has an impact on the result of this fight.
Jonathon shoots in for a takedown but Bimba shows good takedown defense.

Bimba leaves Jonathon with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Jonathon closes the distance and clinches up with Bimba, looking for a takedown. Jonathon pushes Bimba against the cage but Bimba circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Bimba misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Bimba throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Bimba lands a leg kick that knocks Jonathon off balance momentarily.
Jonathon shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Bimba is trying to defend but Jonathon finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Bimba throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land.

I would just about give that final round to Mestre Bimba.
I think Bimba has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
