Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Trevor Gratis, Robert Douchet and Dillan Fox.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bertram shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Martin manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

Martin escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Bertram gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Bertram engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Bertram passes easily into side control. Nice work.
Martin can't do much from the bottom here.
Martin prevents Bertram from moving into mount.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Bertram remains in side control and seems content to stay there. It's a versatile position from which he can work both strikes and submissions, whilst maintaining that control, so maybe he'll sit here for a while.
Bertram wants to control but Martin is keeping him busy.
Martin knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Bertram on the ground.
Bertram works to advance to full mount. Martin defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.
Bertram takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Bertram is giving the impression that he's looking to ground and pound but he switches suddenly into a beautiful far side armbar! Martin is forced to tap! Great finish!
