Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Carson Miller (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Pascal Tr (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Carson Miller!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Pascal Tr!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Albert Achterberg and Radbod Blank.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Miller stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Miller wants it to stay on the feet.

Tr closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Tr lands in his opponent's guard.
Tr engaging in some classic timewasting tactics.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Tr stands up from guard. Let's bang!

and Miller counters by moving into the clinch. Good anticipation by Miller.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Tr keeps control of Miller as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.

Miller is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Tr gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Tr drops to a knee looking for a takedown but Miller gets the underhooks and prevents it.
Carson Miller has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Pascal Tr.
Miller tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Tr just stands there and leans against the cage.

Tr wants to pass the guard but Miller is keeping the position.
Miller preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
Miller is wriggling around but Tr manages to pass to half guard.
Miller looks like he's trying to stand up.
Tr with a momentary lay and pray from half guard.
Tr not landing any meaningful shots this time.

Tr stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Miller to get to his feet.

Miller closes the distance and clinches.

Miller successfully pulls guard.
Tr is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Miller looking to sweep using the butterfly guard but Tr puts pay to that idea as he passes nicely into half guard.
Tr seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Miller does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.
Tr tries to pass the half guard into mount. Miller knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

Miller looking for a kimura from the bottom but Tr passes into side control!
Tr is looking to take a break and control but Miller is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom.

Tr stands up.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Tr is defended easily by Miller.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Miller has had enough of the clinch and is looking to separate.
Miller is trying to pull guard but being pressed up against the cage enables Tr to keep the fight standing.
Tr has Miller pressed against the cage, preventing Miller from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Tr wants to break free but Miller has control.
Miller has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Tr is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
Tr tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Miller just stands there and leans against the cage.

Miller tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Tr smiles and moves away.
Tr looks for the body kick but Miller saw that one coming.

Tr shoots in but Miller avoids the takedown attempt easily.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.

Tr tries to score a power double leg takedown but Miller sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Tr somewhat.

That was a close second round but I would say that Carson Miller will probably get the nod.
The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! Ladies and gentlemen, this is the final round!

Tr takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
No luck for Tr with that takedown attempt.

Miller fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Tr to the ground. Miller is now in Tr's guard.
Miller working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Miller won't allow Tr to sweep him here.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Miller postures up.
Miller with a flurry of punches that miss.

Miller throwing strikes from guard but Tr blocks nicely.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Tr scores with a nice looking left hook and follows it up with an uppercut!

Miller has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.
Tr has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall.

Tr utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound.
Miller is fighting to break Tr's control of his arms but Tr is doing a good job of controlling the position at the moment.

Carson Miller showed his dominance in that final round.
