Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Mikey Kim (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and John McNamara (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 24 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Mikey Kim!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 20 - 22 - 1, fighting out of Sydney, John McNamara!
The judges for this bout are Hugh Johnson, Topper Green and Summer Carpenter.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
McNamara tests Kim's chin there with a solid looking shot.
McNamara looks to throw the jab but Kim is out of range.
McNamara throws a looping overhand right but Kim ducks down to avoid it.
McNamara swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Kim.
McNamara misses with a looping right.
McNamara uses good head movement to avoid the hook from Kim.
Kim uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by McNamara.

McNamara takes a step back and watches a body kick go sailing past his mid section.
McNamara lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

McNamara throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Kim on the side of the head.
McNamara is landing a lot of head punches in this opening round! Kim had better start moving his head a bit unless he wants his face to turn into pâté.

The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!

This entire fight has taken place on the feet so far and you wonder whether Kim might be better served trying to take this one to the ground because he's losing the standup battle so far.

Kim is rocked!

Oh Kim is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!

Kim looks like he's developed a pretty tasty lump over his left eye. He'll need to avoid taking much more damage to that.

John McNamara is fighting for a decision - hopefully he's judged it right and he's actually winning the fight.
McNamara misses the shot to the body.

And that's the end of the fight!
I would just about give that final round to John McNamara.
I've got McNamara winning every round here. Surely the decision will go his way and he'll pick up a well deserved decision victory. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
