Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Anthony Taglia and David Schapiro.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Gautier connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
Gautier moves out of range of the strikes.

and Gautier holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch.

Gautier digs a right hand into Leonidas's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Leonidas's gas tank.
Gautier lands a hook to the body. It's hard to tell if that hurt Leonidas or not.

Gautier pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
A thudding body kick lands there by Gautier!
Leonidas on the wrong end of a nice low kick. He's acting like it's no big deal but he doesn't want to take many more of those.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Leonidas crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Gautier - the referee stops the clock and Leonidas gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Gautier. Leonidas manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
BOOM! Gautier lands a beautiful left hook that drops Leonidas. Leonidas tries to recover but Gautier is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Leonidas lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:39 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Pierre Gautier!
An out of breath Pierre Gautier thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
