Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Zelios Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Rackham (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Zelios Gracie could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Jack Rackham's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 5 rounds, for the middleweight championship of the world! Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
19 - 6 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Zelios Gracie! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
18 - 11 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Jack Rackham! The judges for this bout are Robert Douchet, Trevor Gratis and Steve Smith.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Rackham will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Gracie feinted with a counter takedown. An inside leg kick from Rackham misses. Ouch! a nice leg kick from Rackham, right into the meat.
Gracie misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Gracie shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Rackham pinned against the cage. Rackham gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. A countering left hand to the body from Rackham misses. Rackham tests Gracie's chin there with a solid looking shot. Rackham lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Rackham scores with a nice strike. Rackham wants to clinch but Gracie slips to the side and Gracie counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Gracie has a takedown stuffed. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Zelios Gracie. That's going to take a lot out of him.
That's one minute gone in the round. Rackham keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Gracie walks into a jab. Gracie shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Rackham defends it nicely. A big right from Rackham misses. Gracie changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Rackham tries to avoid it but Gracie manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Rackham to the ground. Rackham escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Gracie avoids the body shot from Rackham.
Rackham wants to clinch. No luck with that takedown attempt from Gracie.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Rackham misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Gracie half commits to a counter takedown before pushing away, out of range. Gracie takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily. Gracie tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him. Rackham misses with a head kick.
Gracie fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Rackham avoids it really well and circles away. And an attempted straight right on the counter from Rackham! But no joy. Gracie looks for a takedown but Rackham sprawls well. Rackham swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
Gracie pushing out the jab but it's not landing. Gracie looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Rackham is fending him off so far but Gracie persists. Nope, Rackham circles away and we're back to standing. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Gracie has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Rackham is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Rackham lands a damaging elbow. Gracie tries for a takedown. No joy.
Rackham unloads a knee to the mid-section. Rackham lands an elbow inside that Gracie shrugs off. Rackham is pushing Gracie up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word. Rackham gets through Gracie's defenses to land a nice punch to the side of the head. Gracie changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Rackham fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Gracie misses the jab. Gracie has a takedown stuffed. Jack Rackham is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Gracie slips a jab from Rackham. Rackham defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Gracie. Rackham tries to clinch up but Gracie circles away and keeps his distance. Gracie looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Rackham throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle. Zelios Gracie seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Gracie tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Rackham defends well and Gracie ends up having to push Rackham into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch. Gracie changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Rackham tries to avoid it but Gracie manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Rackham to the ground. Rackham escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Rackham wants to counter the offense by Gracie and move into the clinch position. Rackham scores with a leg kick.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here. Rackham stuffs the takedown. Gracie uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Rackham. Gracie appears to be looking for a counter takedown. No luck with that takedown attempt from Gracie. Rackham throws a big counter head kick but Gracie avoids it with no problem. No joy there for Rackham, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Rackham ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent. A telegraphed right hand from Rackham misses the target. Gracie shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Rackham defends it nicely. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jack Rackham dominated that round. That's time! Back to the action!

Rackham tries to land a knee to the body but he is off balance and Gracie avoids it. Gracie wants to take the fight to the mat but Rackham manages to get underhooks and keep the fight in the clinch. Rackham connects with a nasty looking knee right to Gracie's face.
Rackham is working Gracie over against the cage. Rackham lands with a right to the head. Gracie is looking to break free of the clinch but Rackham has double underhooks. Both guys are working to get underhooks. Rackham lands with a quick shot inside that doesn't really do much damage. Rackham lands a right hand. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Gracie goes for a takedown attempt but Rackham pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
