Daniel has chosen Red Hot Chili Peppers - Don't Forget Me as his entrance music. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Daniel misses with a few strikes there.
Daniel tries to bum rush Dawson with a series of wild strikes but Dawson uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Nice takedown defense from Dawson. No joy for Daniel on that attempt.
Daniel looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Dawson is fending him off so far but Daniel persists. Nope, Dawson circles away and we're back to standing.
Nice sprawl there from Dawson as Daniel shoots in.
Ryan Dawson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Riley Daniel.
Dawson tries to clinch but Daniel moves out of range.

Daniel shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Dawson pinned against the cage. Dawson gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Daniel moves forwards but Dawson connects with a nice, crisp jab.
It looks like Riley Daniel has been cut.

Dawson grits his teeth and throws a big right-left combo! Daniel takes both shots clean on the chin and is out cold! Dawson cracks him once more on his way down, as the crowd goes wild! They enjoyed that one!
