Fuego comes into the arena with País Tropical blaring out of the sound system. Brotha Lynch has the power to score a knockout today if he connects clean with Jose Fuego's chin.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lynch misses with a series of wild punches.
Lynch throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Fuego counters with a shoot takedown. Lynch fights it but they end up in guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Lynch is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.
Lynch wants to hit a switch here but Fuego passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Lynch there!

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Fuego prevents Lynch from improving his position.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Lynch is looking to regain full guard. He's left an arm up in the air though and Fuego has latched onto it... Big trouble! Fuego pivots for an armbar - it's in tight and it Lynch is tapping in no time flat! Great counter grappling there from Fuego!
