Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Zell Dincht (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Robbin Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Dincht's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Fanfare. Gracie comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Nervecell - Psychogenocide kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! I don't know about you partner, but I'm pumped for this one!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
34 - 25 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Zell Dincht! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
17 - 23 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Robbin Gracie! The judges for this bout are Leandro Rodrigues, Mauricio Rocha and Daniel Cesar.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dincht slaps away a takedown attempt from Gracie, before circling back to the center of the mat. Dincht lands with an uppercut that bounces Gracie off the ropes and back into range. Gracie lands with a cross to side of his opponent's head. Gracie takes a jab on the nose. He smiles like he loves it and keeps coming. Dincht tests Gracie's chin there with a solid looking shot. A punch combination from Dincht misses. Gracie changes levels for a counter takedown but doesn't follow through with his attempt. Dincht circles away from the clinch attempt.
Gracie ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. Gracie rushes Dincht and presses him up against the ropes. Gracie jumps into guard, dragging Dincht to the mat.
Gracie has his foot on Dincht's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Dincht works his way back into a safe position though. Gracie looking for submissions off his back, moving his hips, looking for an opening.
This has been an exciting period of action! Dincht trying to control the position from guard on top but Gracie is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Gracie working for a triangle but Dincht defends it easily.
Gracie preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dincht wants to control from the top but Gracie keeps moving. Dincht is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there. Gracie keeping full guard, as Dincht tries to pass. Gracie trying to control the position.
Gracie has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Dincht can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Dincht postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so. Dincht trying to control but Gracie is working from the bottom. Dincht lands a couple of decent looking shots. Dincht postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Dincht is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Dincht loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Dincht scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Gracie working a defensive guard here.
Gracie is looking for a triangle here but Dincht uses the submission attempt to pass into side control.
Dincht tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Gracie wants to control but Dincht postures up.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Gracie manages to land a sweep and he's now on top! Lovely Jiu Jitsu! Gracie is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Dincht is just riding it out for now. Gracie eventually gives up the hold. Dincht moves his hips nicely and gets into full guard. Gracie throws a big elbow that misses. Dincht is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive. Dincht is working hard here to advance position. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Gracie throws a big right hand that misses. In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Gracie working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Dincht is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Dincht has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Gracie trying to control the position from guard on top but Dincht is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Dincht seems to have improved his submission grappling technique since last time we saw him. Let's see if he can pull off a submission. Gracie working in close now, lands a nice elbow to the side of Dincht's head. Dincht is active off his back here, looking for submissions.
Dincht manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Gracie manages to get himself to full guard.
Dincht throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Gracie works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Dincht is posturing up here but Gracie has hold of an arm and he's gone for an armbar! Dincht tries to roll out but it's too tight and Dincht has to tap! Slick submission there by Gracie!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:57 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Armbar). Robbin Gracie! Robbin Gracie seemed lost for words in his post fight interview but he remembered to thank his fans and directed everyone to his website.
