It looks like Romo Diaz has been cut.
Ferrigno moves into range and throws a combination. A nice jab followed by a hook to the body.
Diaz shoots in for a takedown but Ferrigno shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
We can't be sure of the tactics at this early stage but we have heard that Diaz has been working on his takedowns a lot in the buildup to the fight and we can only assume he's going to look to take this to the mat.
Diaz fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Ferrigno to the ground. Diaz is now in Ferrigno's guard.
Diaz throws a sloppy strike and Ferrigno has hooked up an armbar on the loose arm! He's turned and extended fully! Diaz is forced to tap! Great BJJ from Ferrigno!
