Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Teddy Hartman (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alexander Federov (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
4 - 5 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Teddy Hartman! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Alexander Federov! The judges for this bout are Vladimir Khabensky, Fedor Mirinova and Valeri Chadov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Federov wants to clinch. Hartman lets the fists fly and connects with a left straight followed by a right hook. Federov slips a jab and a cross from Hartman.
Hartman shoots in for a takedown and gets it. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Federov is looking to control Hartman's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Federov avoid being mounted? Hartman passes the guard and advances to mount! Federov somehow manages to escape the mount and get back to his feet! Hartman tries to clinch and Federov counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Hartman is lucky that one didn't land flush. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Federov tries to close the distance and clinch but Hartman swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away. Federov bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes.

Hartman tries to clinch up and Federov counters with a three punch combo that has Hartman backing up. Hartman nods at Federov to acknowledge the strikes. Hartman throws a series of punches but Federov avoids them all with ease. Hartman throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Federov counters by clinching up. Federov landing some nice looking knees to the body.
Hartman is breathing heavily. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! A knee to the head by Federov.
Hartman is rocked!
It looks like Teddy Hartman has been cut. Federov scores with a knee to the head.
Oh Hartman is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!! Hartman takes a knee right on the jaw!
Federov has the Thai clinch. He lands a big knee to the head that stumbles Hartman - he's in trouble! Another big knee to the head from Federov, and another! Hartman is out on his feet - the ref jumps in to save him and ends the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:41 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Knees). Alexander Federov!
