Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Jun Gyeong (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Kirill Chernicin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Gyeong comes into the arena with Intro blaring out of the sound system. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Ivan Kurochkin, Valeri Chadov and Igor Prikhodko.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Chernicin gets tackled into the cage by Gyeong. Gyeong maintains the clinch.
Gyeong scores with a shoulder strike.
Gyeong landing knees to the body.
Gyeong taking a break, stalling in the clinch.
Chernicin tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Gyeong just stands there and leans against the cage.

Gyeong keeps control of Chernicin as he tries to wriggle out of the double underhooks.
Gyeong drags the fight down to the ground.
Gyeong has control of Chernicin's left arm, preventing Chernicin from doing any damage.
Gyeong's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
Gyeong uses the cage to get back to his feet.
Chernicin gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Gyeong to score an easy takedown into full guard.
The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.
Gyeong stays in close to Chernicin's body and controls the position.

Chernicin not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.
Chernicin has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Gyeong is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Chernicin.
Gyeong stands up and beckons Chernicin to his feet.
Gyeong gets a double leg takedown into Chernicin's guard.
Gyeong gets to his feet - Chernicin follows without any prompting.
Chernicin tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Gyeong defends well and Chernicin ends up having to push Gyeong into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Gyeong has been talking about how he's improved his wrestling in the run up to the fight so let's see if that's enough to sway the balance.
Gyeong connects with a body shot.
A thudding body kick lands there by Gyeong!

Gyeong clinches.
Gyeong is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace.
Chernicin wants to get back to striking at distance but Gyeong won't allow it.
Gyeong wants the takedown. Chernicin is fighting it off but Gyeong persists and manages to bring the fight to the ground, ending up in Chernicin's guard against the cage.
Chernicin is working an open guard so Gyeong takes the opportunity to get back to his feet.

Gyeong thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
Chernicin is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.
Gyeong decides to stand back up. Gyeong steps back and let's Chernicin get back to his feet.

Gyeong clinches up against the cage.
Gyeong breaks the clinch.
Chernicin shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Gyeong as he jumps to the side.
Jun Gyeong has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Kirill Chernicin.

It looks like Kirill Chernicin has been cut.
Gyeong shoots in for a takedown. SLAM! Brutal! Chernicin is out cold and this one is all over!
