Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Nelson Ortega (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jonathan Crowley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Ortega might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Say Yes. Buckle up people - heeeeeeeeeere we go!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Alexandre Firmino and Leandro Rodrigues.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Ortega instigates a clinch.
Ortega lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Crowley backwards.
Ortega trying to control the position but instead, Crowley has worked for underhooks and has pushed Ortega into the cage.
Ortega crunches a lovely knee into Crowley's ribcage.

Ortega makes some space for himself and lands an uppercut.

Crowley is rocked!
Ortega is looking for a takedown up against the cage. Crowley gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt.
Crowley is still on wobbly legs! Can Ortega finish him?
Ortega is trying to pull guard but Crowley turns him against the cage and we stay in the clinch.
Crowley seems to have recovered his senses.
Crowley tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Ortega gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head.

Crowley has hold of one of Ortega's legs. Ortega is fighting the takedown attempt but Crowley gets the trip and lands the takedown into guard.
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Crowley trying to control the position from guard on top but Ortega is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
Ortega wants to get back to his feet but Crowley passes into half guard.
Ortega wants to stand back up but Crowley manages to pass into side control.

That's one minute gone in the round.
Ortega tries to get back to his feet but has found himself mounted instead. Damn, that's gotta suck.
Ortega's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.
Crowley is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Ortega is trying to stand but he's not in a good position to be doing that! Crowley has taken his back!

Crowley is working for the choke. It looks like he might have got it... has he...? Yes! Ortega is tapping out! This one is all over!
